  Ordered a raspberry lemonade, which they had no raspberry which wasn't an issue, then my mother asked for a chai latte which was tasteless, asked for a chocolate brownie which they didn't have but they sold them in the counter just a few steps away however they refused to get one for my disabled mother. Then to top it off for me, when I handed them a fajita wrap (that needs to be heated up) asked me if I wanted it heated up... Of course I want it heated up if it needs to be heated up!! Poor service overall!

  I used the south bound Costa here today. It was really busy, but the young lady Keneisha serving was really quick, polite and a delight to speak too. The fajita toasted wrap was delicious and it’s reasonably priced.
